Need Help! Tail Light problem!

Ok, here's a break down of what happened on my 05 CBR 600RR.

I bought a tail light from ebay that has integrated turn signals.

The tail light's wires included a clip, and there are two single wires included that trigger the signals.

I was able to attach the clip to the original female harness.

BUT!, i wasn't sure where to stick the other two wires.

I got frustrated and tried different combinations. of where to plug the wires in.

Next thing I know, I plug the two wires into the same clip and now my instrument panel is off AND my tail light doesn't turn on(at Idle).

I'm sure I blew a fuse, but I don't even know where to look for it!!!!

Now i'm not sure what to do!! someone please help!!!

RE: Need Help! Tail Light problem!

calm down this kinda happened to me....first off the fuse panel is a small rubber box on the left hand side middle fairing its a small red 10 amp fuse they are marked and there is 2 spares (a 10 and 20)

2nd plug the tail light in the factory plug

3rd u should have 2 xtra wires left (mine were yellow) these are ur turn signal wires (only positive cause they are grounded thru the tail light already)
next to ur tail light plug should b 3 more plugs one w/ orange/green 2nd blue/green and i cant remember the third set

hook one yellow up to the orange wire hook the other up to the blue wire

if ur blinkers are backwards switch the orange and blue

hope this helps
