Default Is my shifter bent?
'06 600RR
I bought this bike from my friend and it tipped over in his drive way a while ago when the stand sank into the ground. It broke the foot peg off but everything else was fine. But it almost looks like my shifter is bent in a little bit. Does this look normal compared to someone else who has one? I know its hard to tell from the pics but maybe you guys can set me straight. Thanks

It's not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. It's only slightly off. Take it off and bend it out just a little. It should look like mine in the picture below.........

Sweet thanks for the pic. I will take it off and make her new again. Yea it just seemed a little in. I was pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be perfectly straight.

Can someone please take a measurement of how far away the shifter is from the frame like shown in the pictures. I am measuring with the rule laying flat on the shifter, down the center line. Measure from the frame to the end of the shifter. Mine is about 2 inches. Thanks a ton
