Hey I have read different stories about cheapo windshields causing gauge cluster to melt. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or if infact it has melted a bit.

 

yeah buddy that does not look normal. I think your cluster did melt. I've heard that some double bubble screens can melt the cluster but I've had double bubbles on both my F4i and RR and I've not experienced any melting.

 

Mine did that too. I do not have a cheap wind screen. Mine happened a little closer to center though.

 

that happened to mine as well...and I don't have a cheap windscreen either. I think it just depends on where the sun is and how it reflects it.
