Default My First Paint Job :D











Tell me wut yall think? Its my first time so dont be to mean


And once everything is dried up...Ill get some pics up with it all back together

It's always kinda difficult to tell good paint through a pic, but it looks pretty dam good from here. Shiny!

So what did you use?

looks good from what I can see (pix a little dark)....Sexy bike you've got there BTW

Thanks guys...I used Rust-Oleum Engine Enamel... And for the gloss i used Same type of paint...Ill get some good pics up soon...Maybe then it might get me up to 2 digit numbers in the March voting haha

hey man i think u may run into some problems... if u didnt use high temp paint... for your exhaust parts as well as your engine covers the paint may crinkle up.... also just words of advice next time u paint ur rear sets (because the paint may chew off pretty quickly) try using black caliper paint.... made for high wear and may last longer for ya

Yea i used high temp dont worry not that dumb lol...And yea i want to get the swingarm powder coated..And the rest also..Just expensive atm...And i just took the easy out so i hope it holds up nicely

lol sorry im a moron... ha didnt read the engine enamel part just the rustoleom part... ya powdercoating is expensive... glad i found out that a buddy works at a local fabrication shop and can powder coat stuff for me for free lol... get in touch with purpleslug.... he had very reasonable prices for pc...

I couldn't agree more with the above. That engine bolt kit would look great! Hell if the f4i I just bought hadn't become such a money pit I would probably buy a set too but oh well. At least it's going to the shop tomorrow. Your rearsets look pretty good too. I am going to be using that same enamel on the f4i engine covers once it gets out of the shop. Now that I see how it looks on the rearsets and all I may do that as well. At least until I can save the money to pc. Thanks for the idea and showing a preview of what my next project will be! Sweet bike!
