Default Just got my bike :) (won the auction rather!)

'05 600rr, Arata exhaust, Lojack, 4.4k miles....for $6200! Red and black. I have a question...how should I load and unload it into my truck? I was thinking the standard piece of wood...but I don't want to chance anything happening with the bike!

ramp it in from a higher elevation, like ATV dismounts at trail sites.

either use a ramp or find a hill you can back up to. or you can go to the local bike shop and ask them to help you load the bike. most will have a ramps laying around and will let you borrow 'em for a few minutes.

Nice man!

Or if you have two buddies that can lift a little push it up to your truck one of you stand in the truck and the other two pick it up by the front wheel place the front wheel on the tail-gate while the one in the truck holds the handle bars(making sure the underside doesn't hit and have the two guys in the back grab it by either the wheel or swinger or both and lift it up and walk it in while the man in the truck steers it in and holds it to be tied down!

May sound complicated but read it over twice it's ALOT easier then you think.
