I just bought a 2003 CBR 600RR and would like to do an oil change because you never trust what that person said...right? Anyway, I'm not sure what oil or filter to use, i've been reading on your forum and have seen like 50 different suggestions from type of oil, full, semi or non synthetic, to different oil filters to the torque specs for the filter and nut. I'm not sure what was in the bike before hand, and don't know what oil has been done in the past. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
