Hey Johnny, The mods I did in order were (not including lowering)

crash kit (frame sliders, swing arm spools, handle bar end)
Fender eliminator
windscreen
ASV lever
mirror
Watsen flush mount turn signal
Slip On Yoshimura muffler
painted my tail black
Scorpio alarm
lithium battery
Wheel tape
solo seat

soon to be installed (hopefully this wed)
HID Low/HI headlight
Carbon fiber tank side panel

The list of thing you can mod on your bike will be a long list. You just have to pick and chose.

Well first off congrats on the bike, it looks good. Now as far as what you should change...Nothing at all and Everything that you possibly can. What I mean by that is if you are good with the way everything works, sounds, feels, looks, etc. then don't change anything (besides the oil) and the bike will last forever. If you don't like the way it sounds get an exhaust. If you do like the way it sounds don't waste your money. If you don't like the bulky turn signals then get some flushmounts/IT. I personally think solo cowls look nice. Are the needed? No. Do you like the way they look? I don't know. Don't like the seat then get a Corbin, Don't like the windscreen then get a smoked one or a double bubble. I do recommend getting some sliders for it as that is for protection. Everything else is just cosmetic upgrades so its up to you on what you want to change and how much money you have to spend.

2 brothers makes a quality product but their pipes stick out too far past the tail fairing for my liking. Once again it is all a personal preference on looks and sound. You might like how it sticks out

learn how to ride before you make major mods cause if you make the mods while your still learning more then likely youll have to replace em if you crash. be safe but i would say learn first

Default Looks clean!

I have an '05 too, it's a kick in the pants.
I'm not a fan of the clear windscreens, and if you do a lot of freeway riding I'd suggest a double bubble windscreen.

Congrats! I'm sure u don't like the exhaust as they are pretty silent. Have u heard two brothers on an 05 600RR? My suggestion is wait til u get to a bike night or cruise in and see what other ppl have and ask them if u can hear it. The bike I'm looking at has a 2 brothers and I personally loved it. It's a little deeper then yoshi if I remember. I definitely agree with R Dub and the Prince. That's a very good suggestion.

Jardine RT-One FTW!!! Best sounding exhaust IMO. And they're much more rare than the Yosh and 2 Bros pipes.
