Default Howdy!

Hello all! I am new to this forum and considering purchasing a new CBR. A dealer that is kinda near me has a few leftover 05' CBR 600RR's for sale. What should I go in and use as a "pay no more than price"? They have listed them for 7599.00 minus freight and prep and all the other things they tack on. If for some reason they are outta the 05', what should I look to pay for an 06'? Thanks alot for your assistance!

Will

If they're both around the same price than I don't think it would make much of a difference. I believe the only difference between the 05's and 06's is the color scheme. So I say get whatever color you like/what they have available because either way they're both brand new bikes. Unless you want to have the satisfaction of owning an 06 over an 05. If they have an 05 then try to talk them down to as low as they can go because it is last years model compared to the 06. Just my .02

You can get an 06 for $7583 from Southern Powersports Honda in Chattanooga, TN. There is depreciation to consider. The 05 is worth less only because of that factor.
