how do polish the frame
 

the frame was polished on my old bike, and i would like to do that on my 05' rr...what do i need and how do i do it? thanks

take the bike a part and send it out for polishing or chroming. not cheap.
practicing grinding and buffing on a bike frame is not the best way to learn, so i would not recommend doing this yourself. unless you already have experience of this nature.

It should be the same process as doing the wheels, just is going to take a LOT mor time and effort.
