how do I set my clock to the right time

Hey guys, I have an 06 CBR600RR and I don't have an owners manual and I don't know how to set the clock to the correct time, so I do I do it??

If it is like the F4i you press and hold both buttons Neil,the clock blinks
One of the buttons will change the time and the second button will change from hour to minute to done.

It took me forever to figure this out lol
