Honda cbr600rr7 nozzles not releasing fuel

I bought myself aHONDA CBR600RR7 afew days ago that had been rested for over ayear.i hired awiring expert to start the bike, did all the necesary fixes on it but the bike has still failed to run normally. The fuel pump works pretty well but the nozzles are not releasing the fuel to the combustion cylinders..efforts to clean the nozzles have been taken but still the bike doesnt start and the "check engine" signal has persisted.i need urgent help please

The injectors are merely open/close valves. They have a constant power at one terminal and a variable ground through the ECU to control how long it stays open.

Find out what your missing....

Then what could be the problem?coz we have done all other checks, measured the continuity of all other wires & connectors but the problem has persisted

Do you have 12v at the injectors?

morrison 08-11-2016 03:48 PM

No...no voltage at the injectors

Pull up a wiring diagram and follow the path between the FI fuse and the injector. Somewhere it's loosing the voltage.

It appears everything is okay & no possible voltage leakage..the latest i have learnt is, this bike is an accident bike,it had afatal accident one and half years ago,but it had been rebuilt to date with anew ECU unit as well

Like i highlighted earlier, the fuel pump primes pretty well, pumps fuel to the rails pretty good but it never releases from the nozzles as required...amongst the tests we carried out lately it somehow released the gass & engine ran & raved for over 20mins nonstop but we didnt take it to the road for arun instantly. We stopped the engine to fix the brakes 100% before hitting the road..tried to start the engine again it refused to release fuel again & "check engine" signal appeared again
