you spend all the money on your bike and then go cheap on a stand
better hope it doesnt break.

nah dude its not called going cheap.. its doing it yourself and enjoying the fact that you made that.. and saving some money at the same time.. imo the stand is nice it does its jobs

hope you guys like it.. i kinda did my own thing the stand probably should have been sitting on some spools but i think the way i did it will be ok for now

honestly dude not hard.. thig is i wouldnt trust doing it by myself but simply line it up sit the bike up straight and just roll it right back onto the stand..

There is amajor flaw in your design. The way you support the bike denies access to the rear axle.

Your stand does not allow the removal of the rear wheel. Nor does it even allow for the adjustment of chain slack.

i didnt make the stand to do any of that ... just to get the tire of the ground for the winter and to do oil changed and lube my chain... thanks for pointing that out for me though i was wondering on what the set backs would be with doig it the way i did it....


if i ever had to take the wheel of or adjust my chain i should just be able to fashion up some spools and have them work the same exact way with the stand..right? or am i missing something .. thanks for all the feedback much appreciated
