my name is Gabi , i live in Madrid Spain ,i come from a kawasaki er6 2 2010 , just brought my cbr 600 rr 07 model , listed in 2009 , with only 5000 km , from a guy that didnt use the bike from fear reasons , true or false i dondt know ,
the bike comes with the 2006 tires on it , no scratch at all , but with the present plastic rattling noise at 5000 rpm ,

in a few days ill put some pictures , up until february the bike will be waiting ,
with my actual drivers license i can only drive bikes up to 48 hp (f spanish law ) ,in next february ill have my new drivers license with no restricions , the circuit just might be the other option

Welcom Gabi, I am a new member too!

I have multiple bikes ranging from an 05 CBR600RR, 2005 GSXR 1000 to a 2007 GSXR 600. My sights are on a 2010 R6 or R1 as my next bike.

I live in Washington State. Just found this forum and hope to find some good information and a place to talk to others about bikes.

I need to get my post count up so I can use other features on this site.

hey welcome to the forum! get some pics up of your bike as soon as you get a chance. and winter time just means you have more time to put some mods on!

well , today i was doing some cleaning en prep for the winter time (lot of rain ) , so i put my hands on it and got the chain clean :



please dont mind the chiken strip , aint myne




there it is , 95% cleanned up (with kerosene ) , the rear plate its hard to clean due to its small size ,




and here we have it all (over)greassed up for the winter




i had the clutch cable looked up as well , ive been using some special cable oil/greasse , and the result was spectacular : new softer faster feeling , i totaly recomend it .

Next will be the motor oil change , and the filter as well ,
Is there any advice ? i mean what oil do you use ,
