Help, went from normal signals to LEDS

I took the 1980's signal lights off my bike along with the front ones and replaced them with nice LED turn signals. The end result they are hyper flashing. OK so I know buy a relay to replace the current relay to slow the LED's down. OK I have that, my question is does anyone know where the current blinker relay is in the bike 2006 CBR600RR and do I just unplug it and plug the new one in or is there some wire splising involved??
Any answers will be of help, thanks in advance. Just a little more info, the relay that I purchased is a competition werkes flasher relay. Says it works for Honda Kawi and Yamaha

It's not about whether it works for Honda or Yamaha. It's about the load on the relay - which, with LEDs, you want a ZERO load relay.

Anyways, it's real simple and it's no problem. Basically, all you need to do is to splice it in. Unfortunately, it's not a direct plug and play situation because of how it works with the wiring harness. The actual relay is underneath the headlight. But it's wired into this big connector.

Here, is a real simple cheat. All you need to do is this. You can butt connect it. Or you can get fancy and splice and solder like I did.

You take the wires shown above from the blue connector (from the plug closest to the rear of the bike) and do what's pictured in the schematic from above. It's all about the gray wire and the white wire w/ green stripe.

It's not my picture, its from a different forum, but I did the exact same thing and it works perfect.

On both of my bikes I installed the cement style resistors to slow the blink rate down. The pair I bought for my old bike it came with resistors, the ones I bought for my current bike were some cheapo ebay ones, but I knew I needed the resistors prior to install so i picked them up and installed them when I put the new signals in. You can pick them up for about $1/ea at a local electronics store. You can Google turn signal resistor for motorcycle, they normally cost more then just buying the resistors outright though.

This is what you would want:

Thank you I got it figured out and the relay is in
place and all connected right and working well!!
