Default Help please! Good deal?

Hi guys i am completely new to these forums and completely new to riding in general. I have been looking at getting an 07 cbr 600 and found one that has 6,500 miles on it and is being sold for 5,800. It just has some minor scratches on it. I am wondering if this is a good deal or if its too many miles or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If its nota scam I would go for it, as that is cheap for an 07 with the given number of miles. I would also look into who is selling it, or find out of it has been dropped before.

I bought my 07 brand new last september and i have put 5600 miles on it. So no thats not a lot of miles. Make sure it runs smooth and take it to a motorcycle tech to check it out before you buy it if you can

Check the stop bumps on the neck of the frame (the bumps that stop the bars when turning) and if they have any indentations you'll know if the bike was wrecked or not.
