My bro is lookin' for a bike and came across this from one of his buddies. Think it's worth it?

2000 Suzuki SV650, red and silver, lowered racing track bars, carbon fiber frame sliders, micron full exhaust system, 8300 miles, tank pad
Will include stock pipe, F1 pipe, and stock handle bars

The guy is asking $3100

 

is this a drag bike?
the price sounds decent but if he lowered it for the track then it would suck...

 

sounds like a good deal, check if you can "un" lower it though
