Everything on this list could make sense except for the manifold part. Why do you need a manifold if you have a header? Also may I ask why you want it. Dyno results have shown very minimal gains by going with a header. I just think that is a lot of money to get 1 or 2HP. Just my

If all you want is a cleaner look then I would wait until the off season and then pull the stock one off, clean it up and paint it with some high temp paint. That should turn out pretty decent and save you a lot of money.

I've looked into this. You're better off just buying another full exhaust set and selling your current slip on.

Well clearly you have some options. I think everyone here made some pretty darn valid points. It all depends on how much cash you want to drop. Painting them will be the cheapest way. Will it chip? Eh it might but I think it will still look better than rust. wrapping the exhaust might be another fairly inexpensive option as well. Personally I am not a fan of the wrapped looked but to each there own. If you got money to blow then sell your slip on and get a full system.

If you buy each part seperately it will be... $746.55 (according to your prices)....

Yoshimura HONDA CBR600RR 03-04 RS5 F/S STAINLESS EXHAUS | eBay Full system for $715.95.

Well thanks to all for the great help. I think I'm going to try and just clean them up and see how that turns out. I'm happy with the sound I have and not looking for more power at this point. I have other things I need to get before a full system right now still might later on down the road. I'll post before and after pics when I'm done hope it turns out good.
