I'm new to the forum--what's up y'all? Anyways, about 2 weeks ago my roomate backed into my 03600Rbike with his jeep. Broke the headlight (i replaced it, no big deal), broke my flush mount (replaced it), and cracked the front fairing in 3 places. Well, i pulled the fairing off to have it fixed since it looked fixable and paintable, and that's when i found out that both of the headlight mounts had been broken. So, does anyone know of a way to fix these mounts, or does anyone have a scraped up front end layin around? Scratches or even light cracks i can deal with, as long as all of the mounting tabs are ok. HELP!!!!!

Damn roomie! [&:]

I know it can be hard when you are friends... but you would think he'd offer to help out. Maybe he is helping... you didn't say.

He is helpin---actually, he's payin for all of the parts and to have my bike repainted (i had a custom metallic blue/purple chameleon paintjob) I'm just tryin to fix it for as cheap as possible because after all he is my roomate and it was an accident.

Also, let me run this by you guys, see what you think of my new plans. My new plastic will be entirely flat black (not gloss). Smoke windscreen, levers, pegs, stator and crankcase covers all powdercoated black. Stock silver lower fairings (gotta have somethin that says honda ;-) Wanted to do somethin different since i'm paintin it anyways, and i'm a sucker for flat black.
