Hey everyone. Early Friday I placed an order at Fmotos.com for conversion fairings for my 2011 CBR600RR. Just under $1,000 because its supposed to come with headlights and a different intake. Around 8pm they emailed me and told me they don't have the matte black that I ordered but would I be willing to take Repsol fairings instead. I responded right away and told them no way I either want the color I ordered or give me my money back. Since then, they will not respond to my emails. I know in reality it hasn't been that long but since the site didn't list something as out of stock, they have a lot of my money to just be floating out there.

Has anyone had any dealings with them? Also, I'm getting ready to call my bank and report fraud but is there anything else I should do? I have their address and am a few hours away so I'm going to ride to their place of business if my bank doesn't straighten it out.

 

No experience with them. If you paid with a CC, just dispute the charge.

 

They finally refunded my money. Just so happened to be exactly the same time my bank told me it would be considered a crime if they didn't. They are a joke and hopefully anyone seeing this thinks twice before ordering from them.

I have since gone with Monsterfairings.com and even though it seems like it will be a long wait for them, they have been really responsive and willing to make some changes I've requested.
