Take it from an IT guy with a CCNE (et al) whose worked with every dumbass with a cert under the sun: certification only means he memorized a book, and passed a test on it. It in know way means he actually knows what any of those words mean, or how they apply to the real world.

Everything im about to say only goes for the 07 600RR because thats all ive ever really known as much as i do about as far as bike go...

I wont anwser number 1 thats just silly.

But just so you know when your bike is at i think 5~5.5k RPMs (which is the start of the power band i think) and your ECU reads a throttle pos greater than 10% open it will kick on the second set of fuel injectors therefor giving you more fuel and inturn more power (that gets more involved but you get my drift) So no riding on the edge of your power band isnt bad for the bike.

Do youself a favor take other peoples statements with a grain of salt untill you have looked up the FACTS yourself. People often talk because they love to hear themselves sound cool...
