Exhaust heat under seat

Has anyone had any issues with underseat exhaust heat while sitting in traffic or riding slow? Does the factory muffler run hotter than aftermarket? Any input would be appreciated.

Your factory exhaust should have a heat shield to keep the heat down. I just installed my Jardine RT-One and left the heat shield off, and no problems so far.
