The Evans website has good info on this. I'd look there first. The goal is to get every bit of water out of the engine & radiator. Drain coolant, flush well, blast radiator and engine with air to dry out, run the Evans prep fluid, drain, and fill with Evans coolant.
If you don't want to spring for the factory Honda manual, the Clymer is a decent sub.
