To Dyno or not to Dyno?

To Dyno or not to Dyno?
Just put a PC III in my '08 CBR600RR last weekend and downloaded the Akrapovic map from the site. I've heard that because theonline maps are generated in Las Vegas, NVand their gas and elevation is completely different from CA, the maps are not ideal. My question is -performance wise I only have a slip on Akrapovic exhaust - do you think spending $300 for a complete Dyno tune would be worth it?

A dyno tune on my f4i was worth 3.5hp and 3.1tq over another custom map given to me by another member. It was probably worth more than that over a downloaded map..Also its not just peak it helps out..If you look at my dyno numbers PEAK to PEAK and a/f looked ok..The best for me was tweaking the 10-20-30% throttle postions..That is what made the bike "feel" so much better.
