you need to find the correct riding position to stop wrist pain. Use your abs to hold yourself up, not your wrists. Just keep practicing and you will find the perfect spot. As for the seat..... it hurts, i agree, but with time your *** will adjust some. I have about 2 hours until the pain sets in.

+1 disco it does take quite awhile before you get used to the seat especially if you're a new rider like myself...its almost like a new pair of combat boots..you gotta break em in...i've been riding since june and i've just got to where i can ride about 2 hours before my buutocks starts hurting and my legs go numb....lol!

Seriously man, just suck it up and ride. You'll get used to it. What'll really get you is when you get off the bike after a long ride and the saddle soreness kicks in.[:@]
