ive had alot of places say they just wont cut anything? is that normal i need frame sliders

 

have them fix it,if they refuse take them to small claims.I know it sounds rediculious but threaten em with that they will much rather pay a couple hundred bucks rather than have to appear in court.

They f**ked up your fairing. They should not only purchase a replacement, but labor should be for free.

If it were me, I'd stand out front on the sidewalk with my bike and show everybody that was going in to do business with them. They'd pay me to leave and I still report thier a$$ to the BBB.

It was there fault, whether you gave them the okay to cut or not, they know damn good and well what is good work and what isn't. Just push and bitch for a little bit they will give in, the plastics mean nothing to them won't even touch there pockets...push enough and you'll get it.

 

went to the bike shop today.....the dude who jacked up my bike WAS (past tense) the service manager...he just quit Saturday...the New manager is gone today.....I will have to talk to him tomorrow...the parts department is totally on my side....I told them simple, I'm not goig to freak out, just are they going to make it right? if not I will never spend another cent in their place....I have dropped 11k in the last year, not even close to done with this bike, and plan on getting a vtx1800 this year as well...we'll see............................................... let you know tomorrow

oh yeah...new front fairing is $700!!!......might tell them to just buy me all new Sharkskinz for around $800 and I'll pay the c-note
