Default Coolant/Running Hot Question

ok so here's the deal bike used to run round 180 and maybe get up to 220 or so. now it wont run below 200 and gets up to 235. i have burped it quite a few times. i let the bike run and once it gets round 190 the level drops which lets me know thermostat is open so i fill it back up and let it continue to run til it stops bubbling also i twist the throttle a few times. once its done bubbling and the air looks like it is gone put the radiator cap on and let the bike run to see how hot it gets. after i do this it gets to 225 and drops back to round 217. once i turn it off the coolant starts pouring out of the overflow tank and u can see and hear it bubbling. i made sure the coolant overflow was at the upper level but it still bubbles out. i will ride around and when i stop and get off the bike coolant is bubbling in the overflow and pouring out the tube by the kickstand. it will continue to do this til the coolant level is too low and then i get air in the line and have to do it all gain. im just wondering if its the water pump? i dont think its the thermostat since the level of the coolant drops when it gets around 190... im stumped. im using distilled water and water wetter too.

One of the first things i would do is replace your radiator cap. The cap causes "pressure" to build, which allows for a lower coolant temperature.

Also what are you using to fill it up? Water or coolant?
