Hey guys, just wondering how often you clean and lubricate your chain? And also what stuff you use to clean and lube it

 

manual says to check it every 500 miles also tells you what kinda wax to use. dont exactly know the name

 

I do mine every time I wash it, itisnormaly once a week. I use this gold wax stuff that seems to work great. I used to use this other stuff that came out really sticky and thick, when I would start ridding it would fling off everywere and make a big mess.

 

How do you know whether or not it needs cleaned or lubed?

 

Just lube it 500 miles like stated in the manual and you won't have to worry about if it's desperate for lube or not.
