I would just call honda dealership and ask for the service dept I am sure their tech can give you the spec.

 

So i punked out and bought a swingarm, figured it was easier that way, I didn't really want to do a complex force analysis on the swingarm anyhow. Got it cheap, thats a bonus too. Frame should be underway by mid sept, i'll start a project thread in mods then i'd imagine.
