hey everyone,

just wondering how many people have this kit installed on their bike and have been ticketed or stopped by the police. When i saw pictures of it I really like it, but after i installed it i got scared cuz i mite get stopped a lot. I think the plate bracket is tilted forward alot. Just want some other opinions on it i guess. Also if anyone knows a way to straighten this plate a lil even, that would be good too. Thanx. Ill put pictures up soon of my bike. I'm pretty new to Bike World, just got my bike this June.

how bout u hurry up and figure out how to hook up ur relay. stop wasting time!

 

they will pull you for whatever reason they can find if they feel like pulling a bike. The tucked/bent plate gives them a reason to pull you the second they see you.

Right now i have 2 5-6 inch long steel bars mounted on the inside of the plastic kit so it makes the plate more vertical.

ALSOthe l.e.d that comes with the kit WILL get you pulled over at nighttime, it illuminates probably 2 or 3 letters/numbers. they will see XX9XX7X
