RE: Cannon Rebel... 56k beware!!!
EEEEasy with that gixxer business... I went to the best powdercoating place on the island, they cost me 350 bucks where everyone else wanted like 200 and change. I had to bring in a fairing ( I brought the tail with me) and he matched the powdercoat to the paint color as a body shop would if you were having a fender touched up or whatever. I am really happy with the way it came out, it should look real nice, I just have to get the wheels balanced.
Thanks for the props though.

Hey be vertical, I just saw you are gonna do the HID install. I was just wondering what kit you got and how tight the fit is? I've read the how to by blue fox, but that was on the 06 model that has more room I believe. Let me know how that goes as we both have the 07. Actually didnt fox say he was gonna do a writeup for the 07 as well??? I've searched and couldnt find anything.
PS..post some pics when your done...those wheels look sick

Slather... I have not attempted the install yet. If you read up, you will see the reason why. I should do it by the end of april, and I will do a DYI for the 07 when I do it, I just have not gotten there yet.
Karl they look so nice. I wasnt sure about the blue, but then when I saw the photochop of your bike with the blue wheels I knew it would be solid. We have slightly different paint schemes, but awesome none the less. Its a good thing you live on another continent, only one blue wheels per country! The blue is the perfect match of the blue on my bike. I was so impressed when I got them back.
I will definately post when they are on, for sure.... Should be soon even though I'm not touching her till may.

Thank you.. then powdercoating cost me 350. I polished the lips myself, which cost me about 50 bucks in supplies, and about 15 hours time. Also cost me 40 to get them both taken apart, and then 75 to have them put back together and balanced... $475 total.
