Default buying a 600rr

I'm looking at a 2005 600rr. It has 23,000 miles on it though. Is there anything I should expect to replace around that mileage? Its at a dealership so theres probably nothing wrong with it at the moment.

its in Wisconsin. The dealership its at originally wanted $4300 for it. Then I told them I was coming and two days later it went up to $4500 because "prices are going up everywhere". Sure....thats why everything else stayed the same price.

Well as spring gets closer in Wi they will definatly jack up the prices. I wouldnt worry about the miles if it looks taken care of. You can also always make them a lower offer as well.

IF you are getting it from the Green Bay area send me a pm or post up here where you are getting it. I dont live there any more, but i have a lot of friends at the dealers around there. I would be happy to make a phone call for ya.

Id try to find one with lower miles. Dont buy the first bike you like right away. There are alot of good 600rrs out there. But buy it if you like it, but I'd look for a lower mileage bike from a private seller.

there are some 03's on craigslist with lower miles for the same price area. However i see that most of the 05 and up models are going for almost 6k. I guess the price jump has already started in the area. I dont know anyone at Road Track and trail, but i know a few people that have bought from them. Never heard anything great about them, or any thing bad either.

I've looked at quite a few. I would say the price is just about rite for it. I would however rather buy a high mileage bike from a dealer than a low mileage from private. I've only had bad experiences. They seem like a legit place so I don't think they would sell a bike with something wrong with it. The bike is silver and black. I wish it was red and black though. Those seem to be hard to find.
Honda bikes seem to be very reliable. My 91 f2 has over 30k miles with no problems other than the cct.
