Default blinkers are now runner lights

i just got a 2004 honda cbr rr and am starting to go throught the necessary steps as far as appearance....i have taken off all the stock blinkers and replaced them with LED....when i replaced the fronts first and not the rear they just blank fast . now that i have now replaced the rear they constantly stay on..do i need a regulator or what??Also any other perfomance and appearance upgrade suggestions are very much appreciated.

Yes, with the stock flasher unit, you do need resitors (or a new variable-load flasher---which would be a cleaner, more professional way of taking care of the problem) when installing LED turnsignals.

If you do install resistors, and they continue to stay on, something with the wiring is not right.

MAke sure the bike is started and running before you do that to check the speed. If you like the speed, it will be fine. Most LED lights dont work without resistors or regulators if it is just in the on position. Make sure you start the bike first, andlet it run for about 20seconds for the first time before trying to turn them on..

+1 on what Blue & D2 said, except the having the bike running part (sorry D2, but I don't think that's necessary). I've always done my light checks with the bike turnedon, but not the engine running and all my wiring is fine.
