Battery Keeps Dying!!! Need Help!!!
 

I have a 2004 CBR 600RR and I just bought a brand new batter for it. I keep my battery on the tender whenever i'm not riding it so I know it is fully charged. I take it out for a ride and after about a half hour I will turn it off and then it won't start again. I also have a Scorpio alarm system on it which is directly connected to the battery. When i first got the bike it would stay charged for a lot longer. Recently I tried to take the alarm off and i disconnected the wire that runs straight to the positive side of the battery. That did not work. The battery died even faster. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Spyder14...did you ever find out what was draining your battery? I have the Scorpio alarm also and after a few days of not riding the bike....5-6 days...it gives me the slow crank....but I've checked the Volt readings and the readings are good when its off and rises when the bike is @ 5,000rpm...14-15 volt readings....so its not the stator or rectifier......have deduced that its just a fading battery....2004 CBR1000RR........bought in April 05...new.....
