Yeah. Ziptie to the exhaust pipe. That's the only thing nearby.
That hose makes a 90 degree bend in mid-air (which is what allows it to flop around). I suspect the hook on the right footpeg bracket is there to keepthe hosefrom coming into contact with the hot pipe. The closest ziptie point would be the hole for the footpeg bracket (and then the ziptie would likely contact the pipe).

Sorry, i guess i didnt think that thru very well, i was thinking you could tie it off to the master cyl in the rear to take up some of the slack. Now that i looked at a closer pic of your particular bike, i see that wouldnt work so much. Again my apologies for the dumb idea [:'(]
