i bought the 07 600rr myself.... pearl white. Addeda tank pad and ppg (personal protective gear - helmet, gloves, jacket, and boots/pants when necessary). Flush mount lights and exhaust are my first upgrades, but the bike almost rides itself!!

After all the gear responses.......I've decided to post THE COOLEST MOD in the entire freaking world (being a "true" MOD)............

HID HEADLIGHTS!!!!!

If you do a lot of nighttime riding........HID's are a must! The light up the road like no other.........and they give the bike an exotic appearance.

Anyway man, as far as "MODS" go, I would definitely recommend this. For looks and nighttime safety. PM me if you want to learn more about HID's.

I wanted to ask, for HID's do you replace the bulb and modify the headlight assembly or do you need a completeley new headlight assembly??

 

Like most have already stated. Get protective gear & sliders can save your some damages to your bike if you drop it.

WOW! Just read your write-up...very detailed and very nice. I had no idea what HID was until now.

Screw the directions...where do you live? I'll pay you to install!!!!!

 

Jacket,gloves,FE kit, Flushmounts,Spools,Frame Sliders,Exhaust,Double Bubble Windshield and steering dampner if you feel like you need it....just my two cents on what i would buy...rather what im going to put on my 06.

 

assuming you have all your gear and riding essentials the top 3 i would have to suggest...

1. upgraded tires, stock sucks.
2. properly setup suspension
3. sprockets with upgraded gearing
