Yep, they now have the colors and 2009 options on the Honda website. Looked around and this doesn't seem to be a repost.

Wow, I can already tell that the Phoenix/White color scheme will be growing on me. And I like the Black/Silver and Red/White/Blue.


Overall I like all the colors of the 09s.

Wish I woulda waited 3 more months before getting my 08 :(

The Phoenix is so sick..... just not worth the 3k+ than I'm getting the '07 for.

I really like how they covered up the clutch cover.
Also like the all black pegs and pedal.
Looks like there is something on the rims too... hard to tell from the small pic.

I wish they would have come out with that blue that was leaked out here on the forum. I loved the rims. But I agree, the Phoenix is pretty frickin sweet.

Personally, I am not feeling the Phoenix. The color combo looks good, and I love how they blacked out everything, but I think graphics make it look too much like a young punk bike, all it needs now is some emu kid, with his boarding shoes, painted on jeans, white t, oversized hat, and face full of metal. Damn I need to stop. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Totally digging all the other colors though. Only thing I would change about the red/blue/white is the blue.

As for the 1000, while I will agree that the repsol scheme is sweet. I just don't thing it looks right on style. I LOVE the 07 repsol, one of the nicest bikes around.

^Looks like people might have to go back to drilling if they want sliders now that the case is covered up. You might be able to squeeze a slider in there like the 07-8s.

im nt digging the colors at all..any of them really..and i dont like the cover over the engine, looks cheap to me..but i hate when they put the big plastic covers over engines on cars to..the phoenix doesnt match its self...not digging it at all..pretty dissapointed actually

Im kinda mad, Europe gets the coolest **** again!!

Phoenix is alright, black is sexy as always. But damn, i was really hoping for that limited edition wit hthe blue wheels.

P.S. Whats up with the ABS only having 2 colors?????

The red white n blue isnt up on the site yet. I think red (which is Honda's signature color) lacks any pazazz..I'll keep my 07 thanks.

The green is sick...still deciding on the phoenix.

I gotta say...I don't really like ANY of the color schemes this year. They are just getting too bold and it's coming off as tacky to me, but to each their own I guess.....

wow...disappointed......phoenix not worth the money at all.....honda needs to step up on color schemes and designs......i'm keeping my 07....definitely not trading in...
