I have a 2008 CBR600RR with a digital speedometer that only reads kph and km. The function to change to miles does not work on this model. Its only available on 'E' models according to the owners manual. Any ideas how I can fix this, can it be reprogrammed for example. Cheers all

 

Depends on which country you're at (or for which country the bike was built for).

"E" as in Export models? I think Japan measures distance/speed in KMs so a JDM bike might be a KM only instrument cluster.

 

I live in the UK. I bought the bike whilst posted in Spain. For reregistration in the UK it has to show mph.

 

you might need to get a new instrument cluster
