Yeah I just got back. Been riding most of the day. Stopped at my parents campground and hung out with them then wasted about 3 hours watching The Watchmen... Bike has over 220 miles now. Been a great day of riding two up.

Just when i thought spring was on the way with all these rain showers, i was really applauding the rain to clear the salt off the roads... But the temps dropped into the teens right after the rain and it all froze solid... and we got 2-4 inches on top of that! I got 100 miles in on my 07 1krr friday when it was 60 degrees out.

the dealership by me just got about 16 of the freddy spencer riding school bikes in. all 08 cbr600rr's.... I guess they went outta business from what i hear. they got a good deal on them all.

Just wanna start by saying nice bike Turner.. I have the exact same bike, same year, same color. But mine has a little more miles ( like 11k). As far as fulmer helmets, they are really good and decently priced helmets. I have one and my buddy went down at 80 mph when he hit a deer and the helmet held up. So I would trust them. Like someone said earlier in the thread about hotbodies flush mounts.. don't get them. I have people bitching at me all the time for "not using my turn signals" when really I am. They just can't be seen from the front. I'm thinkin about putting the stock ones back on

Hey thanks DJ600RR. I will stay away from the hotbodies.

CBR Time I am seriously thinking I will be buying the Watsens 10 L.E.D. signals. I know they are bigger but I like them more than the new version of the Watsens. I like the old version best it think though.

I'm loving this bike. I've had a lot of fun on it. Been cruising the mountain roads since I got it and am improving my riding skills quickly. My old offroading skills come into play sometimes and other things are completely different. Thanks for the compliments guys.

Yea, i got the hotbodies up front on my bike and you cant see them from the front, but they look real good on the bike IMO. Hopefully i don't get too many complaints from people not seeing my signals... I'm out in the country area so the traffic is minimal... I will never go back to those bulky stock signals. will be happy with what i got... nice clean look.
