Yes, they do make a cali. '07 and '08 model cbr600rr but they don't "h.a.ve" to stay in cali. Some of the differences thatI know of are: 600rr7AC or 600rr8AC are considered the Cali versions in Honda parts catalog. They are 2lbs heavy on curb weight. They contain an Evaporative Emissions Control System, and their throttle body id # is GQ64B not GQ64C.

hey hey, cali is way better than anywhere else. except for colorado.i love colorado.
anyways back to bikes, its not any heavier im pretty sure but it has like 3 less horse power because of emmissions. you cant really notice it im telling you this from experience. plus if you mod it up it still gets the same gains, plus if you try and register any other bike here, it will be dummy expensive.
so if you live in cali, deal with it or pay the price. in the end we have cleaner air to breath so whateva. i still go fast quickly im not complaining
