Default 2004 Cbr600RR fork seal change

I need to replace my fork seals and I was wondering how much fluid should I put in each tube and what weight should I use? I can't find the information anywhere. If any of you have a preferred brand I would love to know! Thank you in advance!

It's all in the manual.
Usually 10w fork oil is prefered. Brand doesn't matter, but I like the Maxima synthetic.

One bottle should do both forks. In the manual, there will be the spec for the fill level from the top. I use a zip tie with a notch at the correct level as a dipstick.
