2004 cbr 600rr no rpm reading
 

Have a 2004 cbr 600rr with no rpm reading. When I cycle the key it does a gauge sweep so I pretty sure it isn't the meter. I am thinking it gets it rpm reading from the camshaft pulse sensor or the crankshaft pulse sensor just not sure to which one?? What kind of readings should I expect from the MM?? to test it? Does anyone have schematics for this bike also cant seem to get my hands on any?? thanks

I am no mechanic but i can only assume its gonna get its readings from the crankshaft sensor because thats what the tach displays, the rpm of the crankshaft.
