just curious to what the outcome would look like. im new on the rr so im not sure what all she can do. ive pushed her to my limits but not the bikes. say both riders are equal when it comes to riding and weight.

2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.............

Quarter Mile E/T:
10.67 @ 131.0

2005 Honda CBR600RR............

Quarter Mile E/T:
10.49 @ 133.3

I can't find the numbers for the 07 600RR yet, but it's faster, lighter and more agile (according to every mag review I've read) than even the 05 600RR, so with that being said, I'm willing to bet the 07 RR would wipe its *** with the 03 Kawi round a track. But again, it all comes down to the rider.

you know....the bike's limits is usually way beyond that of the rider's limits, which is controlled by the **** pucker factor.+
07RR all the way.

exactly what tahoe said. ive only been riding bikes for 2 months now. this was my first bike ive ever owned and road. ive had a 450r quad all decked out but that dosnt compare to the power of this.

That spunky low-end transcends nicely into a very stout midrange pull starting at 8000 rpm that is strong enough-dare we say it-to rival even the former 636cc Kawasaki ZX-6R. It's that strong. While we're certain the CBR's light weight plays a big role here, even that advantage only goes so far in the acceleration curve; after the initial jump, horsepower and torque take over, and the Honda continues to flex its considerable muscle well up into the rpm range.

PERFORMANCE

Roll-ons
60-80mph/3.68 sec.; 80-100mph/3.42 sec.

Quarter-mile
10.434 sec. @ 132.78 mph (corrected)

This is from the experts at Sport Rider Magazine. 07 CBR600RR Full test results.

Hope it helps.

the new 07rr's are no joke man, if you compare bikes you should beat him, its all on the rider and of coarse the pucker factor

Where did those numbers come from?
I could believe that if I saw it myself in person, but having ridden both I doubt it....

The 07 Blade against the 03 636, I can believe, but then it would be more of an even match if we were talking the 2006 ZXR636 against the 07 600 Blade.

Obviously that was not the question, but comparing an older bike against a newer bike & then saying you can beat it in a race is pointless.....
