06 front fairing on an 03?
 

i hear the intake wont work and i have to get new ram air tubes. what about the 03 windscreen will that work? any other things that wont work?

the fairing will work with the 03 fairings and fairing stay. a guy from 600rr.net did that. im just wondering about the windscreen etc. do u mean that wont work?

03-04 windscreens will not work with 05-06 uppers, and vice versa.

so if i get a new wind screen ill be good to go to mount it. and eventually get new ram air tubes and just run none for a while... is this all that's involved.

Yup,might lose some power for that lil bit. Let me know when you are gonna need the carbon fiber tubes.;)
