06 CBR600RR Wiring Issue

So I have a 06 cbr600rr project bike, it was wrecked and I'm rebuilding it. This morning everything worked fine guage lit up, brake light work, ect.. went for my normal daily ride. As I was riding the guage stopped working as did the tail light. The brake light works, no tail light, headlight works but the middle light above the headliget doesn't work, turn signal indicators, and high beam indicator on the gauge works but that's it. Fuel pump even engages. I checked my fuses under left fairing, replaced them all and still no go. When you unplug the guage the tach goes up then goes back to zero but never works. I checked the volts on my battery and they read anywhere for 14.2 to 14.8 when revved so I'm guessing that's good. I'm figuring it's a short but I don't have any idea on how to find it or see if it's something else. Any help would be amazing

There is a ground located on the left side of the bike about under the driver seat. It's all taped up in the harness, so you'll need to look for a lump in the harness. In this ground, all the various grounds come to this yellow plastic holder. It burns up and doesn't let the some circuits ground.
This has happened to me several times with my 05RR. After the third time, I just cut out the yellow plastic clip and removed the metal connector. Then I soldered all the grounds to the metal connector. Haven't had a problem since.
