05 wheels on 04 ?
 

I would like to know if the 05/06 wheels can be installed on an 04 ?

Do the front 04 rotors fit ? Will the front axle fit on the 05 ? will the sprocket carrier fit on the 05 rear wheel ? ... etc.....


are the 05 wheels lighter than 04 ?

The wheels are the same size. The only difference is that the '05 has a larger range of motion in the swing arm and the wheel base is barely shorter on the '05. The brakes are the same. It should be fine.
