03 RR charging problem
 

I have an 03 600 rr that has stop charging. I have changed the pulse generator but still unable to charge. I can jump start it and it will continue to run. Need any imformation that I can get in trying to troubleshoot this. The manual only tells me how to hange the parts but nothing on troubleshooting.
