turn signal prob need a lil help
Hello every one, im replacing my tailight with a new sequential led light. But i have little prob every since ive had the bike the right turn signal flash is regular and the left is fast . Ive tried resistors and even doubling them nothing will slow the left turn signal down. All help is greatly appreciated.
I have an FY model that has LED indicators with the ballast resistors wired across each lamp. Looked a right mess so I bought an LED flasher relay -these can drive bulbs too- from amazon. Fitted one of those and removed the resistors and all is well. I was getting really fast flash rates, probably double the standard rate before the change.
Note the new relay has only two wires, as the third is ground (-).

Im trying to slow mine down with my old set up i didnt mind the faster flash rate, and when i took the extra rear turn lights off i got the faster rate on the right side and the left stayed fast since ive had it. it really aggravating me ive tryed going through the wire to see if something was wired wrong nothing. So i feel i paid $90 for a light thats not going to do what its supposed to
