I just finnshed doing this, a couple of points I would like to mention,
As said you will need the new subframe, However there is not a good mounting location for the regulator, it needs to be hard mounted to the sub frame so it can cool, (trust me) So something will have to be made,
The passenger foot pegs are in a different location, soo if you have a aftermarket pipe ans you can move the top mount location your fine, if your are using a stock pipe you have to eather get a new pipe or swap the headers and take the pipe from the donor.
I know this sounds dumb but I allmost forgot so I will mention it here. Doint forget to swap the tumblers out of the donor bikes trunk lock. You dont want to have a different key for your trunk after you have swapped out the battery trays.
other then that, its pretty stright forward and can be done in a day if you have all the parts.

If you would like a list of parts you need just post and I will post them up

mitch do you think you could make a thread in here about doing your seat conversion? Just a simple listing of what was needed, and steps you did to do it. All the information I've found about doing it seems to be scattered across a ton of threads, some not even originally about doing the seat conversion, so it would be nice to have a condensed version to reference.
