Default Temp gauge

So my 99 cbr has a issue with its temp gauge. If I let the bike sit it takes a very long time for it warm up. Then once the bike gets slightly warm and I start riding it the temp goes right down past the C. And as long as the bike is moving it won't warm up. The only thing I changed is a new exhaust and new jetting. Any ideas? From what I seen the sensors are all connected. And in advance I can't put the stock exhaust back on.

Temperature gauge might be ok. Check thermostat permanently opened. You can buy the o'ring separately in case thermostat is ok and doesn't need replacing. If you ride in the winter you'll notice it'll take an eternity to warm up even after a long highway ride (when you stop at a service station for example).

Check the connections to the temp sensor. It's possible you might have a bad temp sensor as well. I just removed my old one that was working to switch for F4I gauges if you want my old temp sensor I can snail mail it to you if you like.
