sputtering f4 at low rpm's
I just bought a 2000 f4. I have reciepts from this past july showing a carb cleaning, and sync as well as battery and spark plugs from a honda dealer. When I start the bike it idles absolutely fine but when i go to let the clutch out to go, it sputters really bad. I have to rev the bike a lot to get it to go. Once it gets around 2500-3k it runs perfect. Like i said, it has no problems idling... what would be your guess? Also, if you think that the carbs need resynced then could you explain the process? Ive never done it and I have no clue what it involves. I am VERY mechanically inclined but I have never messed with anything that has more than one carb. Any help is appreciated... thanks
Also, when the bike is running and parked, if i turn the bars all the way to full lock on the right, something trips the starter... what could this be?? could something be grounding out? for a minute or so, it would also crank if I pressed the front brake lever..
